It is hereby provided that the General Education Council shall promote courses in the private schools of Puerto Rico on the cooperative movement through booklets, communications, and educational lectures for the teaching and administrative personnel. Provided however, it shall be the voluntary decision of each private school to offer the courses promoted in §§ 148—148m of this title. For the preparation of the booklets, communications, and educational lectures, the Council shall request the assistance of the Cooperative Development Administration and of the Puerto Rico Cooperatives League.
