In the performance of its duties to license and accredit schools, the Council may enter into agreements with accrediting entities of the United States and Puerto Rico in order to:(1) Recognize, as equivalent to the evaluation corresponding to its accrediting processes or the renewal of licenses, the accreditation granted by them to schools located in Puerto Rico.(2) Validate the findings and determinations of these entities when making its own evaluations.(3) Conduct visits or perform the evaluation process together with said entities.
