The evaluating committees shall render written reports on their findings within thirty (30) days following the date they have concluded their evaluations. The reports shall be filed at the Office of the Council, which shall remit copies thereof to the institutions concerned. The latter may submit reaction reports on the findings of the evaluation committees within a term not greater than thirty (30) days.
