The teachers contracted in agreement with the provisions of this subchapter are hereby exempted from the prohibitions of subsection (e) of Article 3.7 of Act No. 12 of July 24, 1985, known as part of 'Ethics in Government Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'.
