The Secretary shall issue licenses for sport and recreational fishing, fishing guides and provisional fishing licenses. He/She shall also have the power to determine the duration and use of the licenses, as well as the power to revoke and suspend licenses.The following structure of annual license fees is hereby fixed through this chapter:Children under 13 years of age: Free of chargeYouths from 13 to 21 years of age: $5.00Adults over 21 years of age to 60 years of age: $20.00Adults over 60 years of age: Free of chargeAmerican citizens not residents of Puerto Rico: $35.00Visiting foreign citizens $50.00The following structure for temporary one-week fees is also fixed:Children under 13 years of age: Free of chargeYouths and adults from 13 to 60 years of age: $5.00Adults over 60 years of age: Free of chargeAmerican citizens not residents of Puerto Rico: $7.00Visiting foreign citizens $10.00The following structure for temporary one-day fees is also fixed:Children under 13 years of age: Free of chargeYouths and adults from 13 to 60 years of age: $5.00Adults over 60 years of age: Free of chargeAmerican citizens not residents of Puerto Rico: $5.00Visiting foreign citizens $7.00The ge: Free of chargeYouths and adults from 13 to 60 years of age: $5.00Adults over 60 years of age: Free of chargeAmerican citizens not residents of Puerto Rico: $5.00Visiting foreign citizens $7.00The Secretary may review these fees every four (4) years to adjust the same to the average increase in prices during said period as estimated by the economic indicators published by the Puerto Rico Planning Board.
