(a) Every fishing license holder shall be bound to furnish statistical information concerning the total fishes fished, caught, or bought, as required by the Department through regulations.(b) Every commercial entity or person engaged in the trading of live fishery resources in Puerto Rico shall be bound to keep an official register of the origin, quantity and species subject to said trading, through the official register form provided by the Department. These registers shall be accessible to Department personnel pursuant to regulations.(c) The information contained in the registers shall be confidential and the registers shall not be deemed to be public.
