The Ranger Corps of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, or any other law enforcement officer, is hereby empowered to intervene in any phase of the [implementation] of this chapter or those approved thereunder [sic], as provided in §§ 1201 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Natural and Environmental Resources Rangers Act'.
