The sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) is hereby appropriated from any available funds in the Commonwealth Treasury not otherwise appropriated, in order that the Secretary of Agriculture may establish on lands of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or cooperate in the establishment of, on private lands whose owners may be interested, fish ponds devoted to the propagation of species of fish suitable for human consumption and adapted to conditions in Puerto Rico, such as the catfish (Ameiurus catus and Ameiurus nebulosus), bluegill sunfish (Lepomis incisor) and other species.
