The Secretary of Agriculture is authorized to request, accept, and receive any assistance from any federal agency in the form of labor, personnel, equipment, supplies, or in any other practical form, in order that, together with the funds appropriated by §§ 64–66 of this title, he may establish, or cooperate in the establishment of, the fish ponds provided for by §§ 64–66 of this title.
