The Secretary shall draft and determine the criteria, requirements, conditions, and limitations to obtain and maintain the license at each falconer category through regulations. Licenses per level are established as follows:(a) Apprentice Falconer.(b) General Falconer.(c) Master Falconer.The Secretary shall establish through regulations the transitory provisions applicable to the first years of said practice so that the transition between falconer levels can occur in a responsible manner.
