(a) Falconry licenses shall be effective for five (5) years as of the issue thereof, and shall be renewed on the birthdate of the applicant.(b) The holder of a falconry license may transfer or exchange wild birds with another permit holder provided that the Secretary has been notified and has authorized said transaction, and that no money or other considerations are involved, except those strictly related to the art of falconry.(c) The falconer shall submit an annual report of the birds of prey in his possession as established by regulations and in compliance with federal and state statutes.(d) Holders of falconry licenses issued in other states of the United States of America shall obtain a written notice from the Secretary authorizing them to carry out activities related to their license in the territory of Puerto Rico.(e) Persons from other countries interested in falconry hunting activities in Puerto Rico shall comply with the applicable federal and state regulations.
