The procedure for renewing falconry licenses shall be the following:(a) The Secretary shall renew falconry licenses upon the filing with the Department of the form provided for such purpose by the applicant. The application shall include a sworn statement indicating that the conditions existing at the time of issue of the original license remain unaltered. The falconry license renewal application shall be filed with the Department not less than thirty (30) business days prior to the expiration date of the license. The Secretary shall establish the procedures for late renewals through regulations.(b) When filing the application, evidence that the corresponding reports have been submitted must be enclosed.(c) The filing fees shall be established by the Secretary in the corresponding regulations.
