(a) All falconry hunting activity shall take place in the seasons and areas specified by the Secretary through regulations.(b) The practice of falconry is hereby authorized in private areas upon verifiable authorization of the owner or his authorized representative.(c) Falconry shall be allowed in those game reserves duly authorized by the Secretary.(d) The activities of training birds of prey for falconry with species allowed by regulations may be carried out at any time of year by falconers with a falconry license in effect.
