The Secretary may issue and renew permits for operating game reserves. Said permits shall expire on June 30 of their second year of effectiveness and their issue or renewal, as the case may be, may be sought by complying with the requirements established in this chapter.(a) The person authorized by the Secretary to operate a game reserve shall pay to the Government of Puerto Rico the annual fees established through regulations, which shall be covered into the Special Fund for Wildlife Management.(b) The Department shall renew permits provided the applicant or petitioner has not violated any of the conditions of the permit or any of the provisions of the wildlife laws or regulations and provided the conditions governing the original permit have remained unaltered.
