The public policy statement contained in Act May 30, 1976, No. 70, which holds that all species of wildlife which have acquired said condition and are found within the territorial limits of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico are the property of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, is hereby reaffirmed.
