The Legislative Assembly of Puerto Rico hereby authorizes the Government of the United States to purchase lands for the protection of watersheds in wooded areas and for the production of trees, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of March 1, 1911, of the Congress of the United States, amended June 7, 1924.
