On or before the 28th of February of each year, the Board shall present an annual report about the actions that have been executed to comply with the provisions of §§ 255c–255g of this title. Said report shall cover the calendar year that immediately precedes the year of presentation, and shall include a detailed account of the measures taken for the effective compliance with §§ 255c–255g of this title.
