The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, in consultation with the Planning Board, is hereby directed to study and analyze the feasibility of installing buoys or any other type of floating [marker] in order to delimit the areas reserved for bathers on the beaches known as 'Tropical Beach' and La Fanduca, in the Municipality of Naguabo, according to the distances established in the regulations approved to such ends by the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources.
