To achieve the purposes of the Program, the committee chaired by the Company shall coordinate with the entities of the private and the public sector (including the Board), the resources and efforts directed to the compliance of the parameters by the pilot beaches. It is further provided that attuned to the regulations established by the Foundation for Environmental Education, the Company, together with a non-government, nonprofit organization recognized for its commitment to protect and conserve the natural and environmental resources, and that is also a member of the Foundation for Environmental Education, through an agreement of cooperation for the co-management of the Blue Flag Program, shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the principles and for attaining the objectives of the Program.
