The Committee chaired by the Company shall submit biannual reports on the activities of the Program to the Legislature and the Governor, on or before the 1st of January and the 1st of July, respectively.The report shall include data on the selection of pilot beaches, the coordination carried out by the committee chaired over by the Company, and the publicity and other activities that it is carrying out for the execution of the Program. Said report shall also include any suggestion or recommendation for changes to the Program. The Program may also receive appropriations or donations from the Commonwealth Fund.
