Any agency or person that intentionally violates the provisions of this chapter or its regulations, or who refuses to comply with an order issued by the Secretary of the Department of Health or by the Executive Director of the Authority, shall incur an offense punishable by a fine of five hundred dollars ($500) for each day that such violation is incurred.
