Personal easements constituted under this chapter shall not be subject to the limitations imposed by § 1633 of Title 31.All easements constituted under this chapter shall not be deemed to be an unlawful gift for purposes of § 2373 of Title 31.All easements constituted under this chapter shall not be subject to the acquisition of the ownership and all property rights by virtue of acquisitive prescription or usucaption, whether it be ordinary or extraordinary, as established in §§ 5241 et seq. of Title 31.
