The owner of a burdened property with a conservation easement shall have the rights and obligations established in the public deed. Such rights and obligations may limit the development or use of a real property, even to include the prohibition of the economic exploitation thereof.The owner of a burdened real property shall not deteriorate the easement created and shall always have the obligation of diligently supervising its subsistence.
