The conservation easement shall be constituted in a public deed with pertinent registration in the Property Registry. The Department of Natural and Environmental Resources, the Conservation Trust of Puerto Rico, the Department of Agriculture, and the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture shall be required to file the deeds in question with the Property Registry. They may request the donors to pay a reasonable fee for the processing of said donation, and may establish the amount thereof through regulations.
