The Authority shall submit to the Legislature and the Governor of Puerto Rico, after the close of each fiscal year of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, but prior to the end of the calendar year:\n(a) A financial statement and complete report of the business of the Authority for the preceding fiscal year, and\n(b) a complete report on the status and progress of all its financing and activities, from the creation of the Authority or the date of its last report.\nHistory —June 27, 1977, No. 121, p. 310, § 17, renumbered as § 18 on June 12, 1978, No. 48, p. 162, § 18.
