The foregoing sections of this chapter shall be deemed to provide an additional and alternative method for carrying out the acts authorized hereby and shall be regarded as supplementary or additional to the powers conferred by other laws and shall not be construed as if such sections repeal any power now existing; Provided, however, That to issue bonds or refunding bonds, as provided in this chapter, it shall not be required to comply with the provisions of any other law applicable to the issuance of bonds, other than those included in §§ 581–595 of Title 7.\nHistory —June 27, 1977, No. 121, p. 310, § 21, renumbered as § 22 on June 12, 1978, No. 48, p. 162, § 22.
