Notwithstanding any other legal provision to the contrary, all the municipalities and political subdivisions of Puerto Rico are hereby authorized to assign and transfer to the Authority by its request, subject to any reasonable terms and conditions, any property or interest thereon (including property already devoted to public use) which the Authority may deem necessary or convenient to carry out its own purposes.\nHistory —June 22, 1978, No. 70, p. 222, § 11.
