With the exception of those bonds of the Authority whose payment is secured by the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, bonds issued by the Authority shall not constitute a debt of the Commonwealth nor shall any of its political subdivisions be liable for the same; nor shall the bonds or their accrued interest be payable from any funds not pledged for such payment, pursuant to the provisions of § 1305(q) of this title.\nHistory —June 23, 1978, No. 70, p. 222, § 14, renumbered as § 15 on Aug. 22, 1990, No. 59, p. 235, § 3.
