The Authority shall submit to the Legislature, each year at the commencement of each regular session, a master development plan containing the program to be carried out during the following fiscal year.\nThe Authority shall also submit to the Legislature and to the Governor of Puerto Rico, as soon as possible after the close of the Government of Puerto Rico’s fiscal year but before the close of the calendar year:\n(a) A complete financial statement of account and a complete report of all the Authority’s transactions during the preceding fiscal year, and\n(b) a complete report of the status and progress of all solid waste facilities and activities undertaken from the creation of the Authority, or from the date of the last of these reports.\nThe Authority shall also submit to the Legislature and to the Governor of Puerto Rico official reports of its transactions and activities pursuant to this chapter whenever they are requested.\nHistory —June 23, 1978, No. 70, p. 222, § 16, renumbered as § 17 on Aug. 22, 1990, No. 59, p. 235, § 3.
