The Authority is hereby authorized to procure a revolving credit line with the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico for a minimum amount of five million dollars ($5,000,000), for Fiscal Year 1995-1996, as well as for subsequent years. Each year, the Authority shall request and justify in its budget petition the resources needed to meet the payment of this line, which shall be included in the General Fund Budget each year.
