Every natural or juridical person, engineer, architect, and/or developer of housing complexes construction works, whether apartments and/or residences, who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be penalized administratively by the Permit Management Office with a fine of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for the first infraction, and up to ten thousand dollars ($10,000) for subsequent infractions.
