The penalties provided by Act No. 9 of June 18. 1970, shall be applicable to the violations of the regulations adopted by the Environmental Quality Board under this chapter. Likewise, those legal and regulatory provisions in effect to the illegal practice of the profession of refrigeration and air conditioning technicians and the penalties and sanctions contained therein shall also apply.
