The Environmental Quality Board is authorized to contribute to and transfer twenty million dollars ($20,000,000) to the Fund for the Acquisition and Conservation of Land in Puerto Rico, from the resources existing in the environmental emergencies fund created by Act No. 81, of July 2, 1987.
