The 'Seven Seas Beach Estate', which is located in the municipality of Fajardo, Puerto Rico, which is owned by the Recreational Development Company, and has a surface area of one hundred and ten (110) cuerdas, is hereby designated as a natural reserve area. The designation of said area as a natural reserve, shall have the same effect as if said designation had been made under the provisions of §§ 1225 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Puerto Rico Natural Patrimony Program Act', and shall bear the same legal consequences, as well as the same statutory and regulatory restrictions and limitations for said zone, as those that apply to the natural reserves created or established under said statute, without any formality or action of an executive or administrative nature by any agency, department or instrumentality of the Government of Puerto Rico. Notwithstanding said designation, none of the provisions of this chapter shall be understood to deny, invalidate, diminish, reduce, restrict, impair or otherwise affect the ownership of the 'Seven Seas Beach Estate' by the Recreational Development Company.\nHistory —Aug. 12, 1999, No. 228, § 3.
