The following activities may be conducted in Monte Santa Ana with the previous written consent of the Secretary of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources and the Executive Director of the Parks Trust.\n(a) Conduct scientific studies and research.\n(b) Remove or protect any organism, animal or plant due to their being sick or polluted.\n(c) Conduct archeological studies and research.\n(d) Use and take advantage of Monte Santa Ana for recreational purposes.\n(e) Make improvements for recreational purposes.\nHistory —Aug. 21, 2000, No. 180, § 4.
