(a) For the purpose of achieving the goal of conserving and developing Cueva del Indio Natural Reserve, the present working committee is hereby created, which shall be in charge of designing and structuring the Conservation and Development Plan.\nThis chapter shall be known as the 'Act for the Creation of the Interagency Committee for the Conservation and Development of Cueva del Indio Natural Reserve'.\n(b) This Committee shall have a temporary duration until the objectives for which it has been created are attained.\nHistory —Aug. 1, 2003, No. 175, §§ 1, 2.
