The uses, land use approvals or permits for private lands located within the delimitation of this reserve that are approved by the Planning Board, or by the Regulations and Permits Administration (ARPE, Spanish acronym) prior to the approval of this act, shall remain unchanged.\nHistory —Sept. 23, 2004, No. 471, § 7, retroactive to July 1, 2004.
