The Government of Puerto Rico hereby states its commitment to protect the territory comprising Las Cabachuelas, located between the municipalities of Morovis and Ciales, for the enjoyment of present and future generations. Upon its designation as natural patrimony, the Puerto Rico Tourism Company shall see to its development and conservation as a tourist attraction site in accordance with the provisions of §§ 6941 et seq. of Title 23, which creates the Special Mountain Region Tourist District.\nHistory —Feb. 29, 2012, No. 46, § 6.
