In accordance with the provisions of §§ 151 et seq. of Title 3, and §§ 1225 et seq. of this title, known as the 'Natural Patrimony Program Act', the Secretary of the Department of Natural and Environmental Resources is hereby empowered to enter into management agreements with any government entities and/or bonafide nonprofit organizations committed to the conservation and development of the Marine Reserve in order to establish the cooperative management and custody thereof.\nHistory —Sept. 26, 2012, No. 274 § 6.
