All quality norms, orders, determinations, rules, permits, contracts, licenses, and authorizations issued, made, granted or enforced by any official or agency of the Commonwealth in exercising the authorities transferred by virtue of this chapter, shall remain in full force, but these may be amended, modified, invalidated or revoked by the Board created under Subchapter II of this chapter.
