The Environmental Quality Board shall coordinate any responsive actions taken under the provisions of this chapter with other government agencies, both Commonwealth and federal, which may have jurisdiction over the case, so as to prevent duplication of efforts or conflicts regarding actions or requirements pertaining to spills or spill threats or environmental emergencies that may affect public health, safety or environmental quality.
