The Puerto Rico and the Caribbean Environmental Trust Fund created under this chapter shall be established pursuant to §§ 1281–1289 of Title 7, better known as the 'Public Fund Investment Trust Act', with similar purposes, for which reason, the same shall enjoy exemption from taxes and all other exemptions as provided for under such sections.
