Tire burning is prohibited, except when:\n(a) It is a power recovery facility approved by the Board that has obtained a written certification from the Authority for the purpose of safeguarding the diversification of the developed markets.\n(b) It meets federal and Commonwealth clean air laws and standards, as well as the regulations promulgated by the Board and the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).\nHistory —July 22, 2009, No. 41, § 15, eff.
