The provisions of this Act are independent from one another and should any of them be held unconstitutional by any court with competent jurisdiction, such holding shall not affect nor invalidate any of the remaining provisions, except that the judicial ruling expressly states so.\nThe provisions of this Act shall not be deemed inconsistent with the provisions of Act No. 161 of December 1, 2009.
