The Commission and the Administration may establish for each REC processed, a reasonable processing fee to be paid by a REC holder. The processing fee may be included in the value of each REC processed. Any revenue obtained through the processing fees imposed shall be used to carry out all proper and necessary actions that guarantee the attainment of the ends and purposes of this chapter.\nThe minimum value of each REC shall be the value established in the national market when conducting any legal business with the same.\nHistory —July 19, 2010, No. 82, § 2.9.
