Any private sector entity that is willing to receive from consumers electronic or cellular telephone equipment for the recycling, reuse or refurbishment thereof, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, shall be entitled to obtain the following:\n(a) A green business certification issued by the Environmental Quality Board and the Solid Waste Authority that may be displayed by the business through the medium of its choice.\n(b) Recognition in a list to be published in the websites of the Board and the Authority asserting that the business has met all the requirements established in this chapter to obtain such certification.\nHistory —Jan. 17, 2012, No. 18, § 5.01, eff. 120 days after Jan. 17, 2012.
