The recycling and disposal plan may be designed and individually devised by the business, or may be designed or devised by a contracted business or association or business or trade consortia, in which case the Plan shall encompass the electronic equipment unit volume generated by all the participants. Furthermore, the Plan shall describe in detail the frequency with which such business shall implement its open-door policy to receive electronic and telephone equipment sold by them.
