In the event that a federal legislation or regulation is implemented to address any of the programmatic or operational areas covered under this chapter, the Commonwealth and municipal agencies shall adjust thereto the provisions of this chapter and the regulations adopted thereunder that were not rendered invalid by such federal jurisdiction, so as to remain compliant therewith.\nHistory —Jan. 17, 2012, No. 18, § 13.02, eff. 120 days after Jan. 17, 2012.
