The auction referred to in § 31i of this title shall be advertised in a newspaper of general circulation in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico once a week during two (2) weeks, stating:(a) The description of the property.(b) The volume and page of registration and the number of the property.(c) The minimum selling price.(d) Day, time, and place where the auction will be held.
