The Governor of Puerto Rico, in his discretion is hereby authorized now or at any time hereafter to revoke or modify any license heretofore or hereafter issued for the sale of liquors or other intoxicating or spirituous [sic] beverages, or to revoke or modify any license heretofore or hereafter issued for the sale of merchandise of an objectionable nature, at or near any naval or military station or post now existing or that hereafter may be established in Puerto Rico. And he is further authorized to revoke any license heretofore issued or that hereafter may be issued for the sale of such liquors and beverages or of such merchandise within the limits of any lands conveyed hereunder to, or acquired by, the United States.
